1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (“Rules”) define the rights and obligations of the Buyer and Seller, purchase and payment conditions, delivery and return procedures, liability, and all other provisions related to purchasing on this e-shop.
The Rules are prepared in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The Seller may update the Rules at any time.
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms agreement with these Rules.
A contract between the Buyer and the Seller is concluded once the Buyer pays for the order.

2. Personal Data Protection
All personal data provided in this e-shop is processed according to Lithuanian data protection laws.
When placing an order, the Buyer must provide accurate information and is responsible for its correctness.
By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that their personal data will be processed for order fulfilment and communication purposes, including order notifications and marketing messages.
The Seller does not disclose personal data to third parties unless required by law or with the Buyer’s written consent.

3. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
The Buyer must pay for the goods and accept them under these Rules.
The Buyer must provide accurate information and notify the Seller of any changes.
The Buyer may withdraw from the purchase agreement under the Return Policy.
By placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to comply with these Rules and Lithuanian legislation.

4. Seller’s Rights and Obligations
The Seller must ensure proper operation of the e-shop and deliver goods to the address specified by the Buyer.
The Seller does not disclose the Buyer’s data to third parties unless required by law.
If the Buyer threatens the security or stability of the e-shop, the Seller may suspend or restrict access.
The Seller may temporarily suspend or terminate operation of the e-shop without prior notice in significant circumstances.
The Seller may update the Rules by publishing a new version on the e-shop.

5. Ordering Goods
Orders are accepted only through this e-shop.
Prices are in euros and include all applicable taxes.
The Buyer must pay the pre-invoice within the specified time. Otherwise, the order is cancelled.

6. Delivery of Goods
Goods are delivered using the delivery method selected at checkout.
The Buyer must provide the correct delivery address.
Orders are dispatched only after payment is received.
The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond their control.
The Buyer must immediately notify the Seller if the shipment arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is incomplete.

7. Quality and Guarantees
All goods are subject to legally established guarantees.
Product details are provided in the product descriptions.
If the Seller does not specify a warranty for a product, statutory guarantees apply.
Images may show additional items for visual purposes; the description determines what is included.
Colours may vary due to display settings.
The Seller may provide additional quality guarantees as stated in product descriptions.

8. Final Provisions
These Rules are governed by Lithuanian law.
Disputes are first resolved through negotiation; if unsuccessful, disputes are resolved in accordance with Lithuanian legislation.
